The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Internship Graduate Students Program offers a dynamic opportunity for graduate students to gain firsthand experience in the critical field of border security. Responsibilities
- Assist with data analysis and research projects
- Contribute to policy development and implementation

Qualifications
- Enrolled in a master's degree program at an accredited university in a relevant field, such as:
- Public Policy
- Homeland Security
- International Relations
- Criminal Justice
- Business Administration (with a focus on logistics or trade)
- Engineering (with a focus on technology or infrastructure)
- A strong academic record is preferred.
Experience
- Prior internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required.
Skills
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
