- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communication, etc.).
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for business, leadership, and education.
- Previous involvement with DECA or similar student organizations is a plus.
- Previous internship or related work experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
