Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced professionals in your designated department, gaining hands-on experience in specific healthcare areas (responsibilities will vary based on placement).

- Observe patient care and healthcare operations to gain a deeper understanding of the healthcare industry.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program related to healthcare, such as nursing, medicine, public health, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
- Strong interest in healthcare and a desire to learn from experienced professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience
- Prior volunteer or internship experience in a healthcare setting is a plus (may vary depending on specific placement).
