The Nashville Airport Authority (NAA) offers an exciting internship program for motivated students seeking hands-on experience in the dynamic world of airport operations and management. Responsibilities
- Assist with department-specific tasks as assigned, which may include:
- Passenger service support (customer interaction, information dissemination)
- Marketing and public relations initiatives
- Administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling)
- Research and project assistance
- Safety and security operations (observational, non-enforcement roles)
- Attend department meetings and participate in team discussions.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while adhering to airport safety regulations.
- Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience
- Previous volunteer or internship experience (preferred).
- Experience in a customer service environment (a plus).
- Prior knowledge of the aviation industry (a plus).
